Terms and Conditions: Mobile, Laptop, Tablet, and Gadget Repair Store

 

Welcome to our gadget repair store! Before you proceed with our repair services, we kindly request you to read and understand the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you, the customer, and us, the service provider. By availing of our repair services, you agree to be bound by these terms:

 

1. Service Scope:

- We provide repair services for non-warranty mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and other gadgets only.

- Our services cover hardware and software repairs, including but not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, keyboard replacement, and software troubleshooting.

- For specific repair inquiries, kindly contact us using the provided contact information.

 

2. Diagnostic Fee:

- A minimum diagnostic charge will apply to all devices brought in for repair. The diagnostic fee is Rs. 1500 for laptops / Macbook / iMac / Mac and Rs. 500 for mobile phones, tablets, and other gadgets.

- The diagnostic fee covers the initial assessment of the device and is separate from the actual repair cost.

- The diagnostic fee will be adjusted in the final repair cost if you proceed with the repair.

 

3. Quotation and Repair Approval:

- Once the diagnostic process is complete, we will provide you with a detailed repair quotation that includes the cost of parts and labor.

- You must approve the repair quotation before we commence any repair work.

- If you decline the repair or do not wish to proceed after receiving the quotation, you are still responsible for the diagnostic fee.

 

4. Data Backup and Privacy:

- Before submitting your device for repair, it is your responsibility to back up all important data and remove any sensitive or personal information.

- We will take all reasonable measures to protect your data privacy during the repair process, but we are not liable for any data loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your data.

 

5. Warranty and Repair Assurance:

- We offer a limited warranty on our repair services. The warranty period and terms vary depending on the nature of the repair and will be provided separately.

- The warranty covers the specific repair conducted and does not extend to new issues or unrelated problems that may arise after the repair.

- The warranty becomes void if the device is opened, modified, or repaired by a third party during the warranty period.

 

6. Repair Turnaround Time:

- We strive to complete repairs in a timely manner, but the turnaround time may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the issue, availability of spare parts, and our current workload.

- We will keep you informed about the progress of your repair.

 

7. Unclaimed Devices:

- We will store repaired devices for a maximum of 30 days after the repair is completed.

- If the device remains uncollected for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the device to cover our costs.

 

8. Taxation:

- Taxes will be applicable as per the prevailing government regulations and will be added to the final repair cost.

 

9. Limitation of Liability:

- We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the repair services or the use of the repaired device.

 

10. Customer Responsibility:

- You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the device and its issues.

- You are responsible for the device until it is collected after repair.
